Reviews for Five Guys in Columbus, OH
Five Guys is always fantastic but over the years the price has gotten outrageous. $13 for a bacon dbl cheese burger, $4.99 for a... small fry, come on! Read more
I had the bacon cheeseburger and small fry. Not bad at all. Just really pricey. 4 people tab came to $116.
They put alot, I mean alot of ketchup and mustard on both buns and it was a complete mess, gross. I asked for another, they made... the same thing. I had to ask for another. The thrid one is cold. I'm not eating it. See pictures below the cheese can't evenmelt. $83.62 I paid, and couldn't even eat a fresh made hamburger.. Read more
I ate for my first time yesterday [8-11-2022] at Five Guys Burgers and Fries at 1004 W. Fifth Ave. [in the "Fifth by Northwest"... neighborhood of Columbus]. My double cheeseburger had been absolutely delicious; however, the French Fries had been vastly moreexpensive than I would have expected and had been burned [though I ate them anyway]. The menu on the Five Guys Burgers andFries website does not accurately describe the food choices that are available so I had been unable to prepare appropriately inadvance of my visit [which is my usual practice since I do not see well]. What the menu names as a "Cheeseburger" is in fact asignificantly-large "double cheeseburger"; what the menu names as a "Little Cheeseburger" is in fact a large "singlecheeseburger." I had assumed that a "Little Cheeseburger" would be a smaller-diameter sandwich [perhaps slightly larger than aWhite Castle hamburger] but that is not the case. When I first arrived at the ordering counter and had started to look at themenu above the ordering counter, a guy at the grill called out to me, speaking only slightly louder than the exceedingly loudmusic, asking if I wanted "one patty or two." The menu does not mention "numbers of patties" so I had been unable torespond. My server arrived at the ordering counter moments later to take my order and had been very helpful by clearlyexplaining things that are not clearly explained on the menu. I decided to order what the menu names as a "Cheeseburger" [thatis in fact a "double cheeseburger"]. The three available sizes of fries are not named on the website so I had been cluelesswhen ordering fries at the counter until my server held up three "soft drink" containers [paper cups] to show me the threeavailable sizes. I had been astonished by the exceedingly-high price for my fries. The price of the middle of the threepotential sizes of fries, a "Regular Fries," had been $5.89. I commented to my server about the exceedingly high price for thosefrie Read more
Five Guys has always had great burgers and fries but worth price increases they have way overpriced themselves. $35 for 2... cheeseburgers, 1 small fries and 2 large drinks is ridiculous. I can get a comparable or better meal at a full service, sit-downrestaurant like Chili's for the same, or less, including the tip. Burgers are great, fries are awesome, but they have pricedthemselves out of my life. Read more
Very fast & friendly service - even late at night! This crew had my to go order made quickly & correctly at nearly 10PM, when... every other restaurant had closed down. Their double cheeseburger with back , hold the bun...comes in a lettuce wrap that cutsdown on the carbs. Read more
