I tried this location for the first time and it wasn't as great as I thought it would be. I agree with other reviewers they... don't follow order instructions well. I'm such a simple person so if you mess up my order something is definitely wronglol. The burgers are not worth $11 but their fries are AWESOME! Just the right amount of salt and definitely fresh. Ordered food through door dash and this is how my burger in a lettuce wrap showed up. This is more like a topping, not a wrap.
I ordered 2 burgers 2 fries and a milk shake and they! Couldn?t even follow simple instructions!!! The burgers didn?t have no... buns! Had a bunch of stuff in it that I didn?t even order. 5 star rating on the staff, they are always super nice and happy to see me. Cajun fries are amazing and you get a good... portion. 1 star rating on pricing lol. Prices have been hiked substantially 3 times in the 3 years I've been at this mall andhonestly I stop in now and then to see when a single patty crests the $10 mark as it has gone from the $4 range to mid $6 rangein such a short time. Love this place! They are very willing to take care of someone with food allergies. They take every precaution to make sure... nothing is cross contaminated. I don't do gluten, so I get a burger patty with extra veggies. They have always been friendlywhen I've gone here. It's priced more than your average burger joint, but it tastes very fresh and made to order and worth it.Their fries are out of this world... especially the cajun ones, which are my favorite. They're also cooked in peanut oil...healthier than your average canola or soy oil. This location is in the mall and convenient to get to. They get you through theline quickly and will shout out your number when your order is ready...and you get to enjoy as many peanuts as you want duringyour visit. Read more
