Wow. Not only was the food impeccable, the service was something I yearn for at other restaurants. Our waitress, Kelsey #42 (I... hope I spelled that correctly), was phenomenal. She was gracious, kind, and made us feel so comfortable. My food was latecompared to how quickly my husband’s food came out, so Kelsey immediately took ownership of the issue, apologized, and had thefood removed from my bill. Figlio is a quaint restaurant with delicious food, and great service. If you want amazing pasta andpizza this place is for you. Will be back again for more. Read more
My Wife and I spent 3 weeks in Southern Italy in May and we had a wonderful time. Since returning we have continued our search... for true authentic Neapolitan Pizza in Columbus, Ohio. The Margarita Pizza which we had tonight was the closest that we have hadto an Italian Pizza. Pizza originated with the poor in Naples, the poor. They do not bury the bread with topping as manyAmerican pizza establishments do, but they apply just a splash of tomato sauce and a few dollops of mozzarella and let theflavor of the bread come through. Oh, and let's not forget their wonderful salads they were fresh, flavorful and delicious.Mackenzi was our waitress and she did a wonderful just job, kind, cheerfully and smiling. Waitress was not attentive. She kept waiting on the 5 very loud, obnoxious students. We had to ask for refills. She never asked... if we wanted anything else. She just brought our checks and that was it. I don't think you should charge $8 for a handful oflettuce. BTW THE BREAD WAS REALLY HARD. Read more
I came here for Columbus’s Restaurant Week 2022. I was absolutely blown away! From the outside it looks like a small... restaurant with a small bar. On the inside it is huge but intimate. They have beautiful decor and a large wine wall that isabsolutely astounding! I believe my waiters name was Tim and he was absolutely amazing. I had the 3 course meal. My first coursewas Spinach/Arugula Salad. It was refreshing and delicious. For my second course I had the Chicken and Roasted Red Pepper CreamSauce Pasta, which was so delicious and filling to the perfect amount. My date had the Prosciutto and Artichoke pasta which wasalso delicious! For our dessert courses we had Tiramisu which was pretty tasty and the Creme Brûlée. This is the best CremeBrûlée I’ve ever had! I will definitely be back, for the ambiance, the amazing staff, the delicious pasta, the tasty wineand the awesome Creme Brûlée ! Simply phenomenal food. Every ingredient from the bread, to the dipping oil, pasta sauce, shrimp, Parmesan, and tomatoes... (EXCEPTIONAL flavor in a world of tasteless watery awkward tomatoes) was top notch, had an unprocessed/made-from-scratch feel.Ambiance was cozy, warm, classy, but not pretentious - with great volume control via acoustics in the restaurant! 10/10. First time in and will be back again. Had pasta tonight and saw some great looking pizzas. Our waitperson was the best.
