The customer service over here is bonkers. This location wasn?t packed or busy and all I got was rudeness. You shouldn?t have to... go back around for ?America?s best coffee?. The reason I did was because my drink tasted horrible. I said have a good one andwasn?t being rude when asking for a replacement drink, and got a cold rude no response look. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU LIKE THETASTE OF COFFEE because it isn?t here lol. Who ever your guys employee is on 1st shift Friday nov 18th at 12:30 pm who?s a bitbigger needs to have a contrastive convo given to her, there was no reason she needed to act the way she did. Olivia pleasantly served me a perfect cup of coffee and I couldn?t help but to purchase a doughnut when I saw her lovely smile.... Dunkin? was the perfect place for me to warm up while waiting on the COTA bus to take me to my next project today. Read more

Are used to be an old customers and I used to go there a lot and I stopped going there because of bad service management but... when i went there yesterday the store is under new management and clean environment and the new GM who?s name is jenn the bestone ever i will start coming to this location more and more and I?m glad to be a customer of theirs again ???? I know it?s a new place, but please train your staff better because almost every time we go there or place order on Uber eats,... they find a way to mess up our order. Having a nice building isn?t gonna cut! Read more

Worst experience at this Dunkin?. Ordered 3 dozen donuts which the app said was in stock. When I got there, they had none of the... donuts and couldn?t give me a refund. Extremely stressful. There was one employee named Sandy who was very helpful and tried herbest to make things right- she ended up sending me to another Dunkin? where they still didn?t have the correct set of donuts.She did everything she could and I am thankful for her. She was the only good part of the experience. I definitely won?t bereturning. Read more

Terrible coffee, staff cannot take a simple order. Had to return my coffee 3 times. Who serves cold hot coffee! It was old and... stale tasting. I returned and they gave me an even colder cup of horrible coffee. I will not return here again. Read more

I ordered a mobile pick up this morning because the app says they open at 5am. After about ten minutes of sitting at the speaker... in the drive thru I pulled up to the window hoping to be able to get my drink. The lights and menu board were all on, so I justassumed no one heard the drive thru go off. Mamtha came to the window and informed me that they don?t open until 5:30. I let herknow the ordering app shows them being open at 5 and I already placed an order. Instead of apologizing for the incorrectinformation on the app or my wait time she says ?I already made your drink, but so you know for next time we don?t open until5:30? in the snottiest tone she could manage, hands me my not full ice coffee, shuts the window, and starts to walk away. I yellfor a straw, when she opens the window I state again that I wouldn?t have come if the app didn?t say they were open, and Iwouldn?t have waited if I hadn?t already paid. She hands me my straw, and again just says ?we aren?t open? shuts the window andwalks away. I?m not a person to complain, and had she just said ?I?m so sorry about that I?ll try to get it fixed, I would havegone on with my day with no issue. Instead she acted as if I was supposed to know the app was wrong and this was my fault forinconveniencing her. I?m a regular customer at the Dunkin a few blocks west, where the staff is always friendly, moving forwardI will know better than to come to this location. I would have never dreamed that two locations owned by the same team couldhave such opposite employee cultures. Read more
