The folks who work there are super lovely and kind. My kids enjoy it when they get their treats there. Plus the donuts are... good and there is ice cream. Read more
Went to the register and after 5 min on no one acknowledging me someone finally went to another employee and told them to tell... us to use the kiosk. So I go to use the kiosk and it wouldn't let me put in my rewards for the points. It also didn't have theoption to put coconut milk in the refresher. So went back to the register and stood there, and stood there and stood there.Finally I asked someone and they couldn't figure out why so they asked someone else who i again heard say tell them Use thekiosk. Finally a manager comes up and I explain to him whats going on and he says ill ring you at the register. He scans myrewards and adds my coconut milk. I dont know if the others were new and didn't know how to help customers but I know they waythey went about it by hiding in the back and saying tell them to go to kiosk after they already saw me at the kiosk and had aproblem is not how you treat customers. I ha e been to many dunkins many times. This was by far the worse service I've hadexcept for the manager. Read more
Male employee was extremely rude to customers when calling out order numbers. They were clearly understaffed so many of us were... more than happy to wait and were understanding. However, this employee started screaming at people when they didn't pick uptheir order the moment it was called out. He made it a very uncomfortable place and we all wanted to get out of there asap atthat point. Read more
