The store on 161 needs some major TLC: Looking a bit run-down out front. Their machinery breaks down regularly, despite the... daytime manager's efforts to maintain everything in the food service area. Also, whatever sandwich I order, it's chewy andseldom crispy, even when it's supposed to be toasted. The only reason I keep coming back is the polite staff, and the chain'ssignature frozen coffee. I've come here for breakfast a few times now. The crew working here is always cheerful and energetic at this time of day, which... is hard to do for most places. As much as it isn't part of the service, it is truly a wonderful thing to be greeted with brightcheerful voices in the morning. It has always set the stage for a good day, even if it wasn't one. The food comes out promptlyand with proper care taken to ensure all additional adjustments were made to the order. Read more

This place has went to hell! The last two times I've been here have been horrible. They never have a flavor syrup you want. This... last time there seemed to be only a girl working during the evening, she couldn't be more than 16 years old. I got a caramelmocha frozen coffee made with almond milk. First the cup wasn't even full like it usually is but strange it was leaking over theside so idk what happen there. The almond milk had to be spoiled! I took a couple drinks and was disgusted then my stomach felta little upset. I had to have my coffee tho so I went to Tim Hortons instead! Waste of almost $6. Read more

They have a good strawberry/banana smoothie. The problem is....many times they don't have any bananas but to make the sale,... they will make you a strawberry smoothie and hope you don't complain that there is no banana in it. P.s. the price doesn't getreduced. At some locations, you have to say "no ice cream " or it may end up tasting like a milkshake. Read more

If I can give zero I would, yesterday, Oct. 29, 2022, get to the drive thru, waiting for a few minutes. Finally, you'll have to... wait , I'm working on a big order, rudely, no sorry, no please. Then after waiting another five minutes, again, tells me that ,they working on big order and that if I wanted something I would have to come in. Because they weren't going to take.my.orderbecause they were working on a big order. So I left and took my business elsewhere. Read more

2nd location I went to, since the one off Morse Rd. Closed 15 min earlier (than actual time listed online). Before driving to... the location, called and spoke to employee who stated drive through open till 10pm. I had to drove another 5-8 minutes only toexperience again via through, automated recording saying it was closed. I got to the window 8:57pm. Lights all on, called andthis time no answer. Unbelievable!!! If you will change the hours at your enployees/managers discretion, then you need to statethat online and in stores. How to you expect to have customers, as well as keep customers, when there is no integrity due tofalse info provided. Totally unacceptable. Read more
