Went thru the Dunkin? Donuts on North high Street in Worthington Ohio this morning around 6:15 AM. Spent around $21, and got... two dozen donuts for the coworkers because one was turning 30. Asked for 5 cream filled, 2 Boston cream, and assorted others.When I got to work and opened them I was extremely disappointed. The donuts were not fresh at all, and there were actually 4donuts with Halloween sprinkles on them. The rest were chocolate cake donuts and glazed, and dry and stale. The cream filleddonuts had about a tablespoon of cream inside of them as well as the Boston cream, and were stale. I was so extremelydisappointed. And others noticed as well as there were over a dozen left over, and I was asked why I got Halloween donuts whenit was Nov 3. Dunkin? used to be the standard that all others strived to be. I sure didn?t intend to spend $21 for staledonuts. I won?t be back. I?ll stick with Krispy Kreme or Tim Hortons. Never been disappointed at either. Read more
I don't think the gentleman understood what I ordered. I asked if they had any donuts with peanut butter in them and he gave me... a donut with buttercream in it not what I expected. Other than that it's a very clean store. With good service. Read more
Save your money. Whoever owns this has no pride in serving coffee or donuts. Went at 7 PM ordered coffee with "half n half"... cream, iced latte and 2 donuts. server asked "hot coffee?" I said yes. Coffee was not even warm but probably room temp and wassweet and horrible. Could have been mop water... The donuts were stale. Iced latte for my daughter was okay. I understand donutsat the end of the day are likely to be stale but ordering coffee an hour before closing should be fresh and hot. Duncan donutsand coffee... that's all you have to do well. The chocolate munchkins are the worst I?ve gotten at any location. They are routinely stale almost as if they are selling... leftovers from the previous day & barely any glaze on them. I know Dunkin is supposed to be less expensive but this is supercheap quality. Read more
You can't make this stuff up. Let's just get to the point, it was a horrible experience that makes me question my need for... coffee. The amount of unprofessionalism and sheer ignorance had me wishing we were somewhere else! Since when are 25 munchkins 9bleeping dollars but my caramel macchiato was the kicker! She made the wrong drink and said I'll just dump the wrong drink intothe new drink and add ice. She didn't even add the ingredients and ruined the experience. This Dunkin? Donuts in particular is very inconsistent with their coffees. I would say they get the coffee right 2 times out of... 10 . It?s not all Dunkin?s because the one on Hamilton Road gets it right every time, maybe the one on high Street needs a moretrained staff because every time I go to that Dunkin I don?t know what to expect. This is the one of the Dunkin donut store in Columbus north side. This is on the 23 and have drive through for a quick coffee.... Inside it?s clean and well maintained. They have table to sit and enjoy your coffee. You also get famouy DD donuts. Overall thisis good coffee store if you love coffee. Read more
I'd never been there before; had no clue what kind of coffee to order but described it. It was SUPER sweet and didn't care for... it so I went back through the line and they were more than happy to remake it. Very kind staff!!! Read more
