I just got a personal size pizza with just mushrooms and cheese. It was so good and nice and hot. I hadn?t had a pizza in a... long time. I waited maybe ten minutes. The employee who waited on me was nice and efficient. It was also very reasonably priced. Read more
Less than impressed with my visit. As a school cafeteria manager (K-8), I occasionally use Donatos to treat the kids. I use... this location for the pies. I have always gotten good pizza. For this meal I used the online system to place an order forpickup on my way home from Grove City. I placed the order when I had time (about 2:00 I'd guess) and chose 6:00 as a pickuptime. I got done working earlier than anticipated. This got me to the store at about ten minutes before 6. I expected to wait afew minutes but was surprised to find it was ready. When I got it home less than 5 minutes later, I was disappointed to find itwas only lukewarm and not hot. If I ever come back to this location, I will not order that far ahead. I don't know whathappened and don't care. But my faith in their online system just dropped. Read more
This location is absolutely horrible, they don't deserve a star! Have ordered here before with no problem but lately pitiful... service. Girl who answered phone is totally incompetent. Manager isn't much better with absolutely no customer service ability.Placed a order for delivery which I never received for $30. When I called back same female answered my call, wanted to play dumbbecause she didn't submit my order. Handed the phone to Manager who is under qualified with no help what so ever or resolution.Donato's should be embarrassed by there employees. When I drove by later to get food elsewhere 8 employees were standing outsidesmoking with no employees working inside. Worst customer service ever. This Donatos has improved over the past couple of years. Me and my family order here at least four or five times among however... on occasion we still get our orders screwed up either the driver forget something or it's more than an hour long wait. Alsosometimes we've even received our food undercooked or overcooked. I gave four stars because they have dramatically improved inthe past three years my first writing was a one-star. Read more
