This is one of the very few "Google Maps" reviews of a restaurant that I have ever written without actually having eaten at that... location. I have ordered food [most frequently, pizza] more than 180 times from Donatos Upper Arlington [near the intersectionof Northwest Blvd. and Zollinger Rd.]. My experience with Donatos Upper Arlington leads me to believe that the food that isserved at Donatos Grandview is of equally high quality. I usually order my food from Donatos Upper Arlington by orderingon-line and then picking up my order a few minutes later. Obviously, I would never do that at Donatos Grandview unless I were tomove to a different location [or if I just happened to be in that neighborhood at the correct time]. Yesterday [7-1-2022], Ihad been waiting for a COTA bus [that never came but that fact is unrelated to this review] and had five minutes or so tobriefly wander around Donatos Grandview, to take some photographs for Google Maps, and then to travel home [which I ended uphaving to travel home via Uber but that fact is unrelated to this review]. I strongly recommend Donatos as one of the bestpizza restaurants in central Ohio. Even though I still think of Donatos as a central Ohio company [they indeed are; theirheadquarters are in Gahanna, Ohio], they now have 375 locations in 22 states. Read more
The AGM was rude woundnt make my sub the way I wanted then proceed to deal with another customer instead of answering my... questions, kind of funny I eat the same sub made the same way at every location but yet this guy laughed an told me no then gotsmart guess it was because I was the only non WHITE person in there at the time Read more
Donatos is one of the best pizza chains around here. Their thin crusts and pizza sauce are really tasty and unique. It may be... little pricy but they have never disappointed me! My favorites from their menu are The Works, Mariachi, Very Vegy, Trio, and Hotchicken. Talking about them makes me hungry. Even if you warm up your leftover from last night, it?s still tasty and good! Read more
I live nearby and frequently order. They are quick and consistent with the quality. Based on my frequency of ordering, there... sometimes are bound to be issues but any issues I've ever had with this location were handled promptly and with some addedperks. The pizza sauce had a metallic taste ,the dough taste like opening a can of Bisquick and it wasn't cooked all the way... through.Customer service told me they hope I find the perfect pizza. Read more
