Donatos pizza is always good, but the service here was terrible. Scheduled a pickup for 6:00 for a medium pizza. I was told it... wasn't ready and I was told 3 more minutes. I ended up waiting another 20min to see them grab my pizza that was sitting in thewindow the entire time. The staff was running around the kitchen like chicken with their heads cut off. As much as I love Donatos I gotta say toss this whole store in the trash! Today me and sum co-workers went in for lunch the lady... took our order with gloves on. She touched Everything on the counter tops & register plus ran her hand through her hair and wentback to prepare our food with one of her co-workers. These people touch Everything with gloves on and don't change gloves andwill prepare your food. Yuck! And when you say something to them they get upset. They All need to take a sanitary class whilehandling food. I will Never go back in this store again Read more

I ordered 2 large pizzas with extra sauce on the bottom and my order was repeated back to me just as I ordered it. Once I got my... pizzas delivered and tasted a piece, there was no way any extra sauce was added to either pizzas. I called to advise the storeand she tried to say she made one of them and did add extra sauce when this pizza is DRY! I will NEVER order from Henderson RoadDonatos again. I will go back to the Bethel Road location where they listen and make what I paid for correctly! Read more
Donatos is one of my favorite pizza chains. They?re few and far between where I used to live, so I was pleasantly surprised to... find many out here in Columbus! Kenny road location is the first I?ve tried out here and the food was great. Went through drivethru pickup so can?t review regarding in store and employees but received great service in drive thru. I?ve faced a very disappointing experience ordering online from Donatos website. I?ve placed an order on the website on... September 25, at 8:36 pm, I tried to call the store after an hour of not receiving the order I was told that the store iswaiting for a driver to pickup the order. I received an e-mail confirming that the order has left the store at 9:34, after twohours of still not receiving the order I?ve tried to reach out for the store again, the person who answered the phone claimedthat she?s the store manager her name is Kenzy, and stated they handled the order to DoorDash driver and it?s none of theirresponsibility. Although me as a customer I haven?t selected DoorDash to deliver my order, Kenzy replied rudely and insistedthat it?s none of her responsibility, and hang up the phone.
