I called on Sept 12 at 4:40pm and placed a carry out order. A female with a middle eastern accent answered. I placed the... order. She said it would be ready in 25 minutes. When my boyfriend got there they had no record of me calling. The lady saidshe would put the order in but he didn't want to wait. I would give them zero stars if I could. Thanks for nothing Donatos. I rarely ever give 5 stars but I have never had any issues with any of the Donatos really. Ever since that lady owner took... over,which thanks to Undercover Boss that was actually in the store right by and the others around me I got to see what kind ofperson she was too,they seem to always get the order right. My reason for giving it 3 instead of 4 stars is they don't deliverto where I live when I live 5 mins and like 7 blocks from the Sullivant store. They are in the same area where we are so itdoesn't make since and since I don't have transportation it makes it to where I have to order from the other pizza places thatdo deliver here. They need to work on where they deliver too and I will order them alot more since it's my second favoritepizza. Read more
Worst location you could possibly order pizza from. They don?t answer phone calls and they will put you on hold for long periods... of time. Delivery is incredibly long or they don?t deliver your food. Management is straight up awful. Also it looks closermajority of the time. Read more

So I ordered pizza tonight and the manager at the window was incredibly rude . The way she came off was just inexcusable she... rolled her eyes at me multiple times. I called to inquire on the pizza and why there was not extra sauce added to the pizza. Before I could finish The lady cut me off... and said ?I made that pizza myself I know there is thick sauce on there?. There was also a issue with the sub and it states thespecific order on the receipt attached to the sub bag. Employees need to be let go and bring in people who want to work andrespect customers . The service and attention to detail is obviously a hard thing for these people to comprehend. Read more
Fast friendly service. Pizza and Calzone were made to perfection. Staff was very courteous when and the phone. Order was made to... perfection. Was ready in the time frame specified for pickup! One of the best locations in central Ohio. Have never had a badexperience here. Read more
Placed my order via phonr call and ordered my pizza well done bc often times donatoes does not cook their pizza all the way thru... and i have gotten food poisoning. Today i try again and this is what i got a cold not done pizza. Very poor food quality for a20 pizza. Wont order from here again i would give zero stars Read more
