Chrissy the gm was working alone and she was doing a fantastic job with customer service and making all the food. The store is... super clean and my kids love the steps so they can watch her make it and she was answering all their questions about pizza-which was a lot. I placed an order for delivery ended up just going and getting it myself after my food sat in quality check for 30 mins and we... were told it would be another 20+ mins before it would be delivered. Don't expect fresh hot food for delivery. If you don't havethe drivers to accommodate delivery you should probably shut that feature off instead of delivering food off. Read more
The order was completed very quickly like 15 mins. My only issue is that the food was indeed hot in the box but for some reason... it didn't appear or taste fresh out the oven. How could that be? Overall not the best but still better than Little Caesars lol Read more
Take note: if you want a Philly steak pizza, as in white sauce, green peppers, ect, make sure you ask for the 'specialty Philly... steak pizza'! Ordered the pizza at 11:06 pm, it says 55-65 minutes. Fine. At 12:20-something I called the store and was told it was in the... oven, that it'd be in for another 10 minutes, and delivery would be in 30-45 minutes. I'm a pretty patient and understandingperson, places get busy, but was a little perturbed that they didn't offer anything to make it right. I'm now writing thisreview at 1:20 a.m., the store is closed, "Jadelin" started quality checking the order at 12:43 a.m., and we still don't haveour food. Guess we get to call and ask for a refund tomorrow. Edit: the pizza arrived at 2:00 a.m.! Thankfully we weren'tasleep yet, and at least the order was correct. Upped to two stars for that . On one hand, I feel bad if they're thatshort-staffed. On the other hand, just say so! And still nothing was offered to make things right for our extremely long wait.:( Read more
