We ordered a pizza around 11pm and never got it we called several times and all that was said was it was out for delivery yet we... were only 2 blocks away it shouldn't take over 2 hours or more to get a pizza.it also said online it was delivered yet we nevergot our pizza. Best Dominos store. Drivers are always great, food is always exactly what I expect. Props to Yassir and to Jeff (and everyone... whose name I don't remember) for being fast and nicer than they have any reason to be. Will continue to vouch for this place. Read more
The delivery fee is now $5.99 absolutely outrageous. If you're considering just order Hounddog's or Adriatico's instead.
The manager has a horrible attitude and disgusting customer service. She was incredibly rude, shockingly sarcastic, and... condescending. Definitely not management material. If I were her supervisor I would get her out of my store immediately. She isKILLING your reputation DOMINOS. Papa Johns was a much better experience. Take your business anywhere but here. Read more
Absolutely ridiculous store. I ordered online and waited from 12:45-2:25 no pizza. Says left store at 2:03 but apparently they... don’t actually know how to do their job and deliver the pizza. Would recommend literally anywhere else. Columbus was verydisappointing with all its services and amenities don’t think I’d come back! Read more
Lol not one to write reviews but me and my boyfriend ordered from here. Waited 2 hours for delivery. Not only was the food cold... but it was the wrong item! So me and my boyfriend drove all the way back in hopes to get a refund or even the initial item thatwe ordered. We got to the front door, knocked & pointed that we needed help with something and the manager inside the storelaughed at us. Read more
I'm sure the people that work here are nice and their service is good, but their pizza is so incredibly bad I honestly cannot... leave anything more than a 1 star. I don't even know what to say after eating Domino's pizza, it baffles me to my core. Read more
