I have been ordering at this place (which shows up as my local store) on different days of the week at different times in the... evening. The delivery has never taken less than 1.5 hours, half of the times the pizza arrives luke warm at best, and right nowI am looking at a 2 hour + delivery on a random Thursday evening. If you call in, they keep on throwing the same excuse to you:they only have one driver. What about hiring another one, then? Read more
Really appreciate the level of service and quality of food my family receives every time we order.
I ordered a pizza for delivery and after 45 min is was still in prep. When I tried to call the store someone picked up and hung... up immediately twice on me. When we went to try to pick our order (1.5 hours after ordering). They said it would be ready in 8min and it took almost 25. They haven?t even responded to me about refunded the delivery charge and tip I had on my order. So Ioverpaid only to have to pick up my order almost 2 hours after ordering!! Online tracker said my order was an approximate 60 minute wait. But I waited twice that. According to the tracker, my pizza was... finished at 6:23pm. At 8:20pm an old, dried-out pizza arrived at my house. I?ll never order from there again. Read more
I frequent this location often. I like the place. And enjoy the cleanliness of the building. Tonight was the 1st time was got a... large Brooklyn style... and it seems like a small medium. Not what we're accustomed to with our typical order from here, so Iwould advise against that order. Otherwise, I enjoy this Domino's. Read more
I had an awful experience. I called tonight to place an order for a free pizza I had on my account. That is because I ordered a... pizza last time I ordered from Dominos and they forgot to bring my pizza along with my garlic knots and cheesy bread. I talkedto a girl first and she had asked if i had a coupon code, which I did not cause the manager I spoke with said it wouldautomatically be on my account. Then I asked to speak to a manager, meanwhile the girl didn?t have us on hold so we could heareverything she was saying to the manager. She was cussing in the background. So then Sierra the manager for night shift comes onthe phone and we explained to her the situation. She did not seem to care and then said in these exact words ?alright I?m notgoing to argue with you, so go ahead what do you want?? Which is not customer service at all. She should not be in the industryif she does not know hot to problem solve. And also they came with the order. The pizza was right and cheese bread . But thegarlic knots came as cinnamon twists . Ordered delivery on 12/8 and never received my order. Before I even knew it was ?delivered?, I received an email that said... ?sorry, that delivery was not what we hoped it would be?. I never even received a call from anyone. I called the store EIGHTEENtimes and their phones were either down or shut off every single time. Even customer service couldn?t get ahold of them.Nonetheless, I couldn?t follow up with anyone at the store to see what was going on or if I could just come pick it up.
