2-3hr wait on a monday evening. Was told 30 mins. Followed app.for over 30 mins of circling the neighborhood. Once arrived over... 2 hours later. no apology. ABSOLUTELY ZERO customer service on the "call to india" chatline you have to call. Refund denied..... Never ever ever again. True dominoes fanboy here. Will NEVER order here again..... Ordered a sub and paid for extra meet and did not get it. Chicken was not all that. Customer service was poor. Will not be... going back to that one. Read more

I walked in to pick up my pizza. The two people working there didn?t look at me, no smiles no hello nothing! I told him my name... he said we have a pan pizza. I said what?s a pan pizza he said a pizza made in the pan. I said I don?t know what that is Ididn?t order it he said well you obviously did because that?s what we have. Do you want it or not! I said you don?t have to berude! Then the girl working there pipes up and opens a big mouth to me and was sitting there arguing with me. I ordered online tonight and went inside to pickup my order. I had $7.00 in mostly quarters and a $1 bill for a pizza that cost... $7.99. The young girl at the cash register refused to accept my money because it was change. She said that her manager doesntwant them accepting change for payment. She eventually accepted my payment. Normally I am not that broke but life happens.Tomorrow is my payday and I was hungry so we ordered pizza here.We love pizza from Domino's. Usually every Domino's I have everwent to everyone is always so nice and I don't complain about anything in restaurants but for you to try to refuse to take mymoney is so wrong. She suggested that I go down to the gas station to get cash for the change. I make $20 an hour and so does myhusband. We are both first responders and work 12 hour plus shifts. I recently moved to Columbus and am tight on money untiltomorrow. I do not understand how you guys think it is ok to try to deny someone that is paying regardless. I even counted themoney out myself which is fine because I was making the payment with change and she was beyond angry. I can understand if I wasbeing rude or disrespectful but her attitude and the way she was treating me was so wrong rude and disrespectful. I will notcome back here again. Money is money regardless of the form of payment and there is also a thing called human decency being howyou treat others and you should really work on that . This has been my worst experience in any restaurant and I will not be backif this is how you treat your customers. Read more

Our pizza deliver estimate was 36-47 minutes. The store is 6minutes away. This pizza was "ready and finished baking at 45... minutes. It's started to deliver at 1hr. It was delivered at 1hr 30min Pizza was luckily still hot. But being more than 30 minslate is still very disappointing. And that was a 20% tip. Read more

This Pizza Hut is terrible! Don't waste your time or money! We ordered at the store and waited. We ordered 2 items and half... the order was cold and old (breadsticks) They refused to remake the other item on our order so we could have all hot food. Irequested a refund and recieved it. Pizza is always made wrong and they hardly put any toppings on the pizza, I ordered extra toppings, thank goodness I did because... I wouldn't have had any toppings if just ordering normal! Very very stingy!! I Do not recommend this location at all! It use tobe good, maybe they changed franchise owners! Read more

So I used to order here all the time and my order was continuously incorrect. They tell me come back and try we're under new... management. Same issues over 2yrs later. Had someone pick up my order and some of my items were missing. The offer was to comeback, or get a credit for missing item. So my pizza can be cold by the time we drive back to get the missing items?? Gas is$5/gal why not send a driver out to fix your mistake. I'm beginning to believe it's not a management problem, it's a Domino'sproblem. Read more
