Hadn't tried This pizza in a while. Found it hot, fresh and tasty.

They recently last Thursday August 31st. I ordered my pizza from the store on Lexington Avenue. I waited 20 minutes and went to... get my pizza I need to find out they said it's not ready it'll be another 10 minutes because they only had a couple people and alot of orders that is not my problem. So they told me to go around and wait at the front of the store and they will bring it outto me in 10 minutes. I pulled around to the front of store and waited another 20 minutes. Finally went in the store the two subsI had ordered were on the rack waiting to be picked up nobody brought it out to me at all. There was a big girl that was workingthe window taking the orders and running the cash register that was incredibly rude. I don't even know why somebody that rude isworking with the public because it gives your store a very bad reputation. I have been coming to this store many times many manytimes and have never experienced this before even when I first pulled up the two people that were in there kept looking at mewaiting at the drive-thru window nobody come over I sat there for 5 minutes before anybody even come over to tell me mine wasnot ready. Considering the time that I waited out front they hadn't even started mine. And I come after 20 minutes which is morethan enough time to make two subs this place is getting worse and worse every time that I go. Read more

UPDATE: Just wanted to provide an update after Domino's responded to my original review... Perfect service! Ordered online, went... to pick it up 15 minutes later and it was ready, hot, and delicious. Thanks for reaching back out! ORIGINAL REVIEW: Had torecook my pizza! This was absolutely terrible. Ordered online and showed up after 15 minutes. They took my money and then walkedaway from the counter. After 20 minutes, myself and 7 or 8 other customers were all waiting. With 6 workers, nobody could figureout what was taking so long. I finally asked about my order, and it turns out that it was finished when I arrived and they justnever gave it to me. I had to put my entire order back in the oven when I got home because it was so cold. Read more

Extremely disappointed with this store's customer service! My wife ordered pizza over the weekend while I was out, as I entered... the house I received a call from Domino's around 10:15pm asking if I was coming to pick up the order. I asked the person to holdso I could confirm with my wife. My wife told me she had placed the order for pick up at 11:15pm. I relayed this information tothe Domino's employee and told her we would pick it up. She then continued by saying "Don't waste my time"! Appalled andconfused, I asked what she meant. She said the same order was placed for delivery and she doesn't want me to waste her time if Iwasn't coming. I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years, but will now have to find a new pizza joint. Read more

UPDATE: The service from this store has become hit or miss on the quality. The tracker shows it gets made, cooked and the... quality check. When the cook gets the timing right with the drivers and it gets out right away the food is always good. If histiming is off the food can sit 20 minutes before the driver leaves the store with it as it just did. I cancelled the order. Ihave been using them less and less over the past few month because of the hit or miss on quality. Having work at pizza shopsmyself I know it timing is critical. UPDATE TO UPDATE. Again I watch as my order sits in quality check for 20 minutes. NEVEREVER ORDER A SUB FOR DELIVERY FROM THIS LOCATION. THEY GET HARD AS A ROCK AFTER 20 MINUTES OF SITTING. IT DOES NO GOOD TOCOMPLAIN, PROBLEM HAS BEEN ONGOING A LONG TIME. I've been using this store a little over a year. I had just moved to the area.The food is always good. Sometimes, like all pizza shops, they get slammed with business and order may take longer but foodalways arrives hot and good quality. I've had one problem and without hesitation I was made whole.
