As an former CT, I?m disappointed in this location. Threw an extra star on for the closing team because they are actually fine,... but the opening crew has made only a handful of satiating meals in the 11 months I?ve lived on Sawmill. Whoever works on stovein the morning needs to read their crew pocket guide because the Carnitas are rarely (if ever) made correctly? sometimesunseparated, wayyy too citrus-y most of the time, and they are often dry as hell. Worse, they?re occasionally lukewarm, so theyare either undercooked OR the FOH doesn?t keep them at the correct temp on the line. Either way I have to toss it out at therisk of eating bad pork. Line workers often don?t wash their hands before gloving up and wear wireless headphones while on theline (which can easily fall into the food). Portion control isn?t accurate, and I frequently have to teach the cashier how tocharge for a 3-pointer. I know personally, opening shifts at chipotle suck and managers tend to leave their staff to the wolves.Management needs to work on continuous training to ensure proper food preparation and safety protocols. Really great service! I normally have bad experiences with other chipotles in the area and decided to try this location. Even... though it was busy everyone was extremely kind and I could tell they were stressed. They still took the time to get my orderright and the food tasted great - Thank you! Read more
Like the third time something has been forgotten in my meal. Asked for extra cheese, was met with no cheese and extra lettuce.... The rest of my order was right. Probably won?t be ordering online anymore. Going into the store itself seems to be the betteroption. Read more
The females that work at this place are rude and one of them got an attitude when I asked for the manager. The other girl got... mad when I told her I didn?t want any contaminated cheese in my bowl and stormed to the back. I can see corporate obviouslydoesn?t look at the reviews for this location because they need training when It comes to customer service and how to handleyourself at the place of work. One of the managers told me ? if you don?t like how we make things go to a different chipotle.?Everybody should start eating at Moes, they make they food fresh and their workers are polite and patient with others. Super slow and loses orders. My friends order got taken or lost and they had to refund him then resubmit the order which took a... lot longer. They also were 30 mins late on my Togo order and it would have been faster if I went through the line. Read more
If you want Chipotle don?t come to this location. The workers are rude and unwelcoming. I waited in line for a good 5 minutes... before I was even helped. No greetings or nothing. My bowl was sloppily made and when checking out the guy behind the counterbarely acknowledged me. The workers here are not it. And the food is even worse and poorly prepped. they didn?t add steak to my bowl? they didn?t even add the sides, also made me wait very long. paid $10 for rice and... lettuce. other bowl i can see the bottom of the bowl. they didn?t add 3-4 sides I put in the order. there?s also no chicken inthat bowl when the order was a chicken bowl. how do you mess up this badly? i waited a long time for this order too. completegarbage Read more
Do not come to this Chipotle, especially for dinner. Have gone to many locations, but this one is skimpy on what they will put... in. These are the smallest burritos I have gotten from Chipotle in decades. I went and talked to the manager twice and theyinsisted this is the new burrito since their distributer sent the wrong size wrap. I asked for a couple more to make up thedifference and was told no due to portion control. 9oz for $10 (see scale). I was in to this same store a few weeks ago andordered the same thing and they were much much larger. Also note these two burritos are identical ingredients at two dif.Sizes...
