I just don't "get" this place. Food is ok to good, but absolutely not worth the LONG wait. Very limited menu and not cheap.... It's just fast food chicken. Five other chains have chicken that's as good or almost as good. Read more
Another amazing experience. Fast service, really friendly staff, great food.
Food was good. Customer service not as great as the one I visited down south in TN. The people there taking the orders were so... friendly, smiling and wishing us a blessed day and saying "my pleasure" to our "Thank Yous." Even the manager was super niceand friendly, wishing us a blessed day. None of that kind of warmth from the site here in Columbus on Morris Rd. They did getthe order right and the food was good. Great experience, friendly staff, fast service 10/10. I was excited when they opened locations outside of the mall. But back... when that was the only way to enjoy chick FIL a, I was always there. The chicken nuggets and mac n cheese are a greatcombination. They also have the freshest salads, and the dressings pair well with them. Sundays are always my biggest cravingdays, but that's the only day they don't open. I understand why, my hunger pains don't. I can't wait to see what they come outwith in the future, now that most restrictions are gone. Read more
