Update. They don't really care their employee called to "complain" to me about leaving a bad review. The solution was "should we... have this employee call you again?" No no its not. I will be choosing to dine somewhere else. I suggest you do the same. Iwould just stay away from this place. I deleted my orginal review as I am awaiting a call from someone who is in charge of thisstore or franchise. Your employees calling my PRIVATE NUMBER after I left a bad review is really disturbing. I would love toknow how your employees got my phone number to begin with. Read more

I love this place. The employees are always happy and the great me every time. Long lines depending on what time of day you go.... But it's totally worth the wait. Good food great service. Wish there was on closer to where I live. Read more

For fast food, the service is surprisingly friendly and attentive. The cheesestakes are what you might expect, but I find them... rather tasty. The seating can be a bit limited during busy hours, but the place is always clean. Read more

This place is always good food with friendly staff. My grandmother pasted away a couple of days ago and I was at the mall to buy... her a new outfit for the funeral. A staff member asked me how I was and what brought me to the mall. When I explained my reasonwhy the passing by manager overheard. She expressed to me how sad she was for me and knows what a hard week it can be afterlosing someone. As my food was being finished up, the manager refunds me my money for my meal. I told her that is not necessary,but she explained she in good faith could not let me pay for my meal after hearing why I was at the mall and was truly sorry formy loss. She said that's just the Charleys way. I could not believe it, I began crying and telling them how nice that was. Itwas such a good hearted thing to do, proving they're are still good people in the world. Aftrt this experience, it's safe to sayI will continue being a returning customer! Read more
