The wait was loooong, both to order and for my food. I took it as my impossible burger was taking a bit. But when I got the kids... meal for one child, my own meal and an additional small fry for my other kid, the fries were tepid, heck arguably straight upcold. I called after discovering this and the young man that answered started that he just got on his shift, but that he'd getme hot fries. Sweet! I pull up and run in to retrieve the fries (because kids in the car and long line in drive through). Ithank the woman who was in the drive through because she seemed overworked, but was super sweet. The young man hands me the bagand as soon as I get in the car and begin to drive off and hand fries to the kids, these "hot" fries were just as sad as theones before. And when I reached to grab my sandwich, it to was very cold. I should have known better than to trust a BurgerKing. We went because my girls wanted crowns to be princesses. Read more

On my lunch break so didn?t have much time. Ordered two impossibles with no cheese or mayo. They both had cheese and one was a... double burger. I took it back and said please no cheese or mayo. They made me two smothered in mayo. I just ate it even though Idon?t typically eat animal products. Clearly that?s why I got a plant based burger with no cheese or mayo but they seemed soconfused and I was strapped for time. Don?t go there if you?re wanting your order any particular way. Read more

Fast and friendly service on for a weekday dinner. The food was hot and good, no complaints. The inside looked renovated and... clean, lots of seating. For anyone that had trouble with the drive thru-menu, it is now easy to read as its on well-litelectronic screen. Chicken fries are the best with dipping sauce. Read more
Today was my first time visiting this location, and it will 100% be my LAST. I stopped through the drive through at around... 11:45, and there were only two cars in front of me. It took approximately 15 minutes for me to get to the speaker to place myorder (at which point they did apologize for the wait). However, it then took approximately another 25-30 minutes for me to evenbe able to PAY... with only TWO cars in front of me, neither with an order larger than one bag of food. Once I was finally up tothe window the woman that greeted me was extremely rude. Did not apologize for the wait, took my card and did not offer me myreceipt, and then almost forgot to give me my drink with my combo. After sitting in line at this establishment for close to 40minutes, I get back on the road and go to take a drink of my coke... to realize that they clearly had not changed their machinesbecause the coke tasted almost like pure water. NO flavor. This was already aggravating after my wait, but then I go to open myburger (I ordered the bacon cheese whopper), to see that I received a regular whopper, but PAID for the more expensive menuitem, AND half of the contents of the burger was smeared into the wrapper rather than on my burger. If I would have had time toturn around and go back I would have, just to get my money back. So beyond dissatisfied with this visit, especially consideringthey were not even busy.
