Location closed in Easton. Drive Thru closed. Great location, just have to control the kids that gather waiting for the bus.... Food was decent, and always plenty of parking. I believe Great Workers are not hard to find they are just under appreciated forthe service they provide. Read more

The food is okay but this must be the slowest drive-thru in Columbus. When we pulled up on Sunday at 2 PM, there were only two... cars ahead of us - one at the window and one ordering. Somehow it took 20 minutes until we finally got our food and could driveoff. The entire time we were sitting in the drive-thru we were wondering: Maybe the cars in front of us had huge orders? >nope, they each got handed a small takeout bag each Maybe they?re understaffed? > probably, but the staff we did see throughthe windows moved at an absolute glacial pace, alternating between checking the monitor and their phone Not to mention, Iplaced my order ahead of time in the app but it made literally no difference in wait time. Maybe it?s because of the currenttimes, but this place certainly doesn?t put the ?fast? in fast food, that?s for sure. Ordered online and went to the drive thru. No one was on the speaker for 5 mins so I drove to the window. No one there so I... honk, then knock. I drive around to park and the inside is closed. I would?ve canceled my order but it?s a pain to do so and Iwas already charged. Eventually got my food which was ok except for the fries which were very, very crispy. If you do go to thislocation, don?t order online. Read more

I ordered through the app directly. I received a notification that my order had been delivered and when I went to retrieve it,... my food was nowhere to be seen. I contacted the dasher and they, in turn, told me to contact this restaurant. Not only did theman I spoke with answer the phone with "Welcome to Taco Bell, uh, Burger King", he refused to listen to or help in any way. I'venever had a problem before but after seeing other negative reviews and this experience, I will be avoiding this restaurant. Read more

Friendly service, but how do you jack up an entire order when there is no one inside and only two cars in the drivethru. Ordered... a whopper meal, 20piece nugget, and a large fry. Received the whopper meal, they didn?t give me the fry I paid for and only gaveme 10 of the 20 nuggets I paid for. The franchise owner of this business needs to reevaluate the employees that work here. Iwill not be returning to this location ever. Buyer beware. Read more

After 15 minutes they take our order. Food was not served hot, nuggets are not at all warm and tasteless. Too much sugar in oreo... classic n burgers are just ok . Not a good experience for me. Read more

It would be nice if they would cook the bacon. Its always raw. Easton employee for years. Other than that the service is great.

Hey Burger King, does this look like a double bacon sandwich to you? How do you do it? How do you mess up that many orders? Do... yourself a favor and shut down your business. You don't deserve minimum wage let a lone 15 an hour. Read more
