Funny..I ordered 2 meals one with the chicken sandwich. I asked the supervisor if the CK was breast or patties? Supervisor send... a Spanish employee to continue the order as she was unable to respond. I asked the same question in Spanish and lady respondedit was CK breast. I received my order with a CK patty. Run Away!! This location is horrible customer service is dead . They are rude period I think the person taking the order WAS the... manager ???????? just rude overall they were slow and very VERY unorganized. I asked for a receipt they looked at me like I hadasked for a gold bar or something. I knew I shouldn't have gone to this location but I did I'll never make that mistake again. Honestly worse experience. Should have a fresh new staff take over that location and maybe it would be full like Wendy's or... McDonald's. Ordered online and they forgot one of my milkshakes. Tried calling the store 5 times but the phone continues to ring without... answer. I tried using the link online to give a complaint, the link doesn't work. Tried calling customer care and they didn'teven pick up. You'd think they would've double or even triple checked to make sure they had my order correct before deliveringit, but I guess they lack training their employees on basic customer service skills. No flavors in the soda machine for the last 2 days. Hope you like caffeine free diet. Kid walking around, wiping tables will... just sit down and stare into space. Nobody at the register. This place is dirty beyond belief. Staff is rude other than the African American man who is usually at the drive thru in the... mornings. Floors are slick, drink machine is covered with pop that CLEARLY wasnt from just this morning. It clearly wasntcleaned the previous evening. Orders are almost always wrong. I only went in this location because I needed to use the restroomand my son was at an appointment. Read more
