Food was okay here, and the fries were the best I have ever had at a Burger King. But the staff! Long waits at the drive thru... speaker, for no apparent reason, and had to repeat my order three times. If I could give this location 0 stars I would. The people they have working are incompetent; had to repeat my order 4 times all... for them to not even make my order. Had to go in and the manager was the rudest and did not have a single customer service skillin her body. Her 16 year son was the one who had messed everything up and she immediately went into mom mode saying that her sonis only 16 after I had said that the person who took my order did not know what they was doing. After that, the manager startedtalking s*** to me the entire time I was waiting for my refund. Very unprofessional and the whole location needs retrained andto learn some basic customer skills. So if you see burger king on South high, do yourself a favor and keep on driving. Read more
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Avoid this location at all cost. They only process one car at a time, wait time is... entirely too long. They are extremely rude. The woman at the front window was beyond high on something and couldn't even get thefood out of the window. The food was cold, the fries looked like they've been sitting for hours. Terrible service all around. While ordering I could hear staff yelling and laughing in the background. So as I was giving my... order the lady had to asking me what did I say about 3-4 times. To no surprise the order was wrong I asked for no onions, notomatoes and no pickles on my hamburger and I received it with onions, tomatoes and pickles. The fries were not hot, felt as ifthey had been sitting out a while. The only plus I have was the Oreo Shake. So for that I give a one star because I can't givezero stars. Read more
I?m not sure if they are short staffed or what but I feel like they only process one car at the drive-through at a time as... opposed to taking multiple orders to allow for processing. I just left after dealing with a woman who was really short and rudeat the drive-through speaker. She started our interaction by asking if I could wait a minute which was fine then came back onthe speaker to ask if I knew what I was ordering instead of asking if I was ready to order or what I would like. She seemed toImmediately assume that I was going to waste her time so when I gave her my order, she didn?t listen and asked what I wantedagain even though I had already told her. I went there today for lunch and placed my order. When I got to the window to pay the girl was asleep. I just stared at her for... a min. Then she came back too and was like OH Sorry. I told her to cancel my order and drove off. I dont know who is making myfood for my family and I. I don't wanna OD if someone drops something in my food. What kind of employees do you have working foryou?
