This is the worst Burger King on planet Earth you wait in the drive-through line for 30 minutes I was the 3rd car back from the... speaker it is freaking ridiculous I pulled out of line and went around the building and there wasn't a single freaking car atthe drive-through window. The people I've dealt with at this location have all been very nice and quick to correct orders if there's anything wrong or... missing, that being said they're usually pretty good at getting our order right though sometimes the drive through wait seems alittle long for the small amount of cars in line Read more
Food wasn't bad but the service was not anything close to professional. Took forever to get our order taken and another eternity... to get the food. No nozzles on pop machine so it sprayed everywhere when we tried to use it. Just a poor trip all around. Read more
Quality is that of your average Burger King. I recommend going in the late afternoon or evening as opposed to in the morning or... early afternoon. Food quality was noticeably worse earlier in the day, as were errors on our sandwiches. In the eveningeverything has been right the first time and quicker as well. Read more
I absolutely love Burger King as much as any person loves their favorite anything , but, this burger king ruins it for me. I... literally waited almost 30 minutes in the drive thru one time, to not be waited on. My food is never consistent. Cheese sticksare always cold and hard and obviously kept past hold times. I don't know. I do keep going back, and it's no one's fault but myown, I'm just hoping that the next time is going to be with the $40-50 I spend. Read more
Ooooooof. Sat in the drive through for an HOUR. Still sitting here. Tried to call to see what was going on ( I get it, we all... have rough nights just wanted an estimated wait time) but no answer while I am SITTING IN THE DRIVE THROUGH. I know there arepeople in there? Can?t wait to see the state of my food when I get it at the window. Probably gonna be cold. Again, oof. LOLGUYS. They remodeled but still can't make edible food or get an order correct. Ordered 4 whoppers, 2 with cheese, 2 without. Meat... tastes like I remember and that's where it ends. Bun wasn't soft or hard, but dry and hardly any condiments to even try andmake it something you could swallow. Ordered 8 piecce regular nuggets and 8 piece spicy nuggets and they were OK. Theyremembered BBQ sauce. On to the fries if you can call them that because they resemble raw, under cooked potatoes (pics tofollow). Would love to rate the jalapeño poppers, but guess what??? They never made it on the bag!! Haven't ate at thisBurger King in over 10 years because it was a nasty, dirty store but with the remodeling gave me a false sense of security. Had to wait longer than usual as if there was only 1 employee taking orders and making food. I ordered 2 of the new whoppers... which none of them had bacon on them. I called and spoke to the manager Don, and he was really nice about the situation and madeeverything ok. Not having bacon I mean! Read more
