Don't offer cauliflower wings if you're going to do them so poorly. Look I LOVE normal chicken. But sometimes I like something a... little "lighter". My favorite place to get cauliflower wings was closed. I saw the Buffalo wild wings had some so I went aheadand ordered some. They were the worst cauliflower wings I've ever had in my life. If this had been my introduction tocauliflower wings then I would have never given them another chance. They tasted burnt and they were 70%breading.... Ridiculous honestly. And before someone decides to read this and think to themselves "should've just orderedchicken". When I want chicken I go to roosters (five stars to them) I was in the mood for cauliflower wings, which I won't everbe ordering from here again. Read more
First I must say we were a party of 10. The food was good. Service was slow but I must say they were busy and maybe have needed... more staff/experience d staff, I believe our server was very new. We all realized how hard it has been to hire after thepandemic. All in all it was a positive experience, just have to be patient. The staff and management were very kind andcourteous. Read more

This is the second time a waiter takes my money and doesn't give my change back. The first time the waiter asked do I need... change back. Why wouldn't you bring my change back and I'll tip accordingly. Mind you it was an $18 bill and I paid cash with$20. So it wasn't much left but that's not the way to go about it. I usually tip $10 especially because it was just me but notthis time that's just tacky. Bw3 you gotta do better. Read more

Unhappy with online service. Got home to find my Order was completely wrong. Frustrating to pay for something and get no... resolution. As you can clearly see I ordered my child honey BBQ and got ???? hot ... ????. Clearly staff didn't check thisorder at all. Read more
The "Naked" tenders are basically inedible. I don't know how else to describe them other than microwaved chicken-like product. ... 2 stars because the service was good. Go for beers. Don't get food. Read more
The reason for this one star mostly has to do with management. Typically I don?t go out to eat Dealing with the price increase... of most things I decide to mostly cook at home, but since I?m on a company trip, me and another coworker decided to go out toeat, we decided on a nice casual restaurant, Buffalo wild wings. I saw that they were advertising this new bird dog & I decidedto get that get something new. Not the honey barbecue and the loaded Bird bog. I thought something was a strange since the dogscame basically loaded with mostly sauce the honey barbecue was actually not too bad, but when it came to the loaded dog as I waslooking at it, and realize that it was mostly sauce, and just a boneless chicken, tender sitting in the middle of it, I calledthe waiter over the waiter, was very nice and courteous. He even try to help he took it back to the kitchen to see if he can fixit. He came back to the table and his first words ?I am on your side? and explain that his manager would not let him get anotherpiece of chicken unless I paid for it tell me it was gonna be $1.50 something i?m assuming this manager must give him a lot ofissues since he was over, explaining how he was trying to fix it I told him it was fine. There was no point in trying to fightit I told him I probably wouldn?t eat it anyway since she?s being petty over another boneless chicken piece. So I told him tojust take it off the order he did so.
