I like Caribbean jerk wings. I prefer the traditional rather than the boneless. They have really good lunch specials and they... come out pretty fast. Read more

If I could give no stars I would. I spent $85 dollars on food and our wings had no sauce whole wings with one dried spot of... sauce. I spoke to the manager and all he said is I?ll make sure we are saucing our wings. Terrible experience and never goingback you guys lost a customer at this location. Read more

Extremely slow service. I'm sure it's because they're understaffed, but it's much worse than any other restaurant I've been to... experiencing the same issues. Always takes more than an hour to get food. Read more

3 orders in a row I've had issues with this location. They never double check my order and I've been shorted items twice now. ... It's never ready even though I always give an extra 15 minutes after the pickup time I was provided. They don't ever give younapkins or utensils (who eats bone in wings without needing napkins or a salad without a fork?). Every time I go in to grab myorder nobody is even at the cash register and i have to wait 5-10 minutes just to give them my name (even though i ordered aheadso i wouldn't have to wait), then I still have to wait for the food I ordered an hour ago to be made. I don't eat until wellafter the dinner rush, so it's not like it's been busy. I don't know what the problem is with order times. Yesterday was myfirst time getting delivery and I had to eat my meal with nothing to wash it down with because they forgot my drink, which madeit difficult to digest due to stomach issues I'm dealing with (this was also my first meal in 3 days, making it even morefrustrating). Then if you can find the feedback link on their web site it asks for so much info that it makes you feel like noteven wasting your time. There should be an easier way to report missing items. Worst BW3's I've ever been to. I'll be stickingwith Roosters from now on. Read more

I have sympathy for any staff when confronted with a multiple check table. Especially when half are children under 8. But this... is BW3. We as parents take that into consideration before walking out the door. Simple cheese burger. Fried things. Easy enoughperhaps. They couldn't offer the menu items indicated on the happy hour table toppers. "We're trying to get them reprinted." Wewere sat an hour and a half before the kids and our food showed up at the same time when we ordered for the kids first for areason. Two orders came out cold and we were told that to remove it from the bill, the plates had to be removed from the table. We were not able to wait any longer. Manager came to the table and was very understanding. Made sure that the child items wereremoved from the bill as well some apps. ???? We got our bills, paid, and discovered that one of the cold items was still on abill. Had to redo one more time and then we were able to leave. For the last time. I give credit to the manager for thecustomer service and willingness to work with us. The server was over his skis tonight. Unaware of availability of food anddrink items. I feel for the staffing issues being felt everywhere. It is tough. I try to keep the effort needed to serve myfamily to a minimum. Clean and concise. I gave 2/5 stars rather than 1/5 for the manager. That star is for her. Read more

I ate a delicious meal earlier today [9-2-2022] at the Buffalo Wild Wings at 968 W. Fifth Ave. [in the "Fifth by Northwest"... neighborhood of Columbus]. I have passed that location many times [most often while riding on a #5 COTA bus] but had neverbefore eaten there. I want to comment before I continue with what otherwise will be a positive review that that location is notparticularly friendly to pedestrians [at least those pedestrians who are walking on W. Fifth Ave. and are expecting to enter thebuilding via what definitely looks like the main entrance. I had taken the #3 COTA bus to the intersection of Northwest Blvd.and W. Fifth Ave. and then had walked half a mile east to that location. While walking across the parking lot, towards thebuilding, from the north side of W. Fifth Ave., I did not see an obvious entrance. All that I had been able to see had been anoutdoor patio surrounded by a fence that initially did not appear to have a gate. Eventually, I did find a gate in the fencebut had to reach over that gate to push a "crash bar" on the back side of the gate in order to be able to open that gate. AfterI had crossed the patio, the door directly into the restaurant opened normally; however, it at first had appeared that there hadbeen no one inside. A staff member assured me that they were indeed open; I sat down at my chosen table and prepared toorder. My order had been six chicken tenders with Spicy Garlic sauce and French Fries; both of these food items had beenparticularly delicious. I had found that choice on the Buffalo Wild Wings website and had made my choice several hours before myarrival. This location of Buffalo Wild Wings is vastly larger than I would have expected given the width of the "storefront"that faces W. Fifth Ave. I had imagined that there would be a small dining room capable of seating 40-50 people when in factthere are two large dining rooms capable of seating several hundred people. I learned, while leaving and prepa Read more

Where do I begin?went in around 3 pm on a Friday afternoon place was dead. Ordered fried pickles (don?t judge) and they were not... fully fried, lots of raw batter and dipping sauce and was on the edge of being spoiled. Dinner date ordered tacos with a side ofguacamole which was about 3 days past expiration. Not to mention, requested lime with a beer and that poor thing had also seenbetter days but bartender did tell us those are the best kind of limes for mixed drinks. All in all, not a good experience. I want to love Buffalo Wild Wings for the concept and overall food selection. This visit, in particular (Take-Out) was top... notch. I try BW3's yearly it seems and I am usually disappointed every visit but I ordered Boneless Wings today which werebreaded and sauced well. I have visited many times in various locations of the US and either the wings are mostly bread or theoverall taste just isn't there. I can pleasantly say this is the best experience I've had a BW3's in years. I do plan to goback to this location! Read more
