Food was good, service was excellent. Yet, every establishment is a sum of the place, the staff and the community that thrive... around it. Visited on a day that people without consideration of others, had congested sounding coughs and sniffles, while veryyoung children came to enjoy breakfast with their parents. (Do people not teach their kids to cover their mouths when theycough? Because these adults certainly didn't learn that) I digress, the 3 meat 3 egg omelette was great, the coffee was hot (didn't get a chance for a refill), and the biscuits were enough to break my diet for (getting back on keto is even harder now,lol). (Breakfast) Food is good but they shrunk the portions of the hash browns/home fries TOO MUCH, the coffee is too expensive, and... the price of toast is insane! Breakfast used to always come with toast! Come on, really, more than two dollars extra for twoslices of cheap bread? It's offensive. Our waiter was pleasant and the service was good - I'm only knocking it down to threestars because it felt like customer feedback just "goes in one ear and out the other". Went to 3140 Olentangy river rd Columbus Ohio 43202 and was the worst experience ever. I live around Bob Evans farm and I never... been treated like I wasn't a person until today. Getting my check right after I just got my food like I was being rushed out.The manager was rude and when I called to complain he hung up on me. So I called back and asked for corporate number and he toldme to figure it out and hung up on me again. Waste of 15 dollars and will never go to another Bob Evans in the rest of my life.Could of went to Dennys and got treated like a person. I think the only reason they even had business is because the other BobEvans down the road same street was really busy so people go to 3140 instead. I hope one day I deliver food to that managerbecause he won't like his experience with it.
