Waitress mediocre, indifferent. Food was horrible, I ordered fish and broccoli for my inside order celebrating with my son and... broccoli was spongey. I also placed a to go Order through the app and was supposed to receive $2 off the new Thanksgiving turkeysandwich, it didn't work so no discount and the stuffing was burned black on the bottom. one of the servers, Cindy, was berating another young server, Megan, loudly enough for the entire store to hear. the poor girl... hadn't done anything wrong, and Cindy continued making underhanded comments and being downright aggressive to the girl during myentire visit. Cindy's outrageous actions and extreme lack of composure and professionalism are my sole reasons for this 1starreview, and if I see that the situation has been resolved, my review will change, as all of the other employees have always beenthe epitome of what Bob Evans is meant to represent. Had the worst Breakfast Burger ever. Totally bland. Not an ounce of flavor. It had eggs, hashbrowns, cheese, bacon but none of... it had any flavor. I had to totally doctor it up at home adding some other flavors. Never again! No more Bob Evans for me. Itwas super expensive for such flavorless meal. I could've gotten a better tasting breakfast at any fastfood. I hope they improvebut I'm not wasting my money any more with them. Read more
Ordered a pot roast meal. for $17, I got something that looked and tasted like a mediocre TV dinner. Meh.

First time! LOVE LOVE LOVE Biscuits and gravy oh my goodness. Most Bob Evan's locations are impossible in a semi. This one is... possible if you park by Lowe's. I would definitely recommend. Kelli was our waitress and she was awesome! Read more
