The pizza itself was pretty good. The service wasn't great, but it was never anything worth complaining about. For college... students, there isn't any real reason to go here. The pizza is no better than the pizza at Marketplace on Neil or Woody's, andthose are both on-campus locations which accept swipes. Read more

I used to love this pizza, but the service and cooking quality control got horrible. On my latest order, everything was burnt... and they also gave me incorrect items. (It was delivery through a 3rd party, but done through Blaze's app, so I couldn't justreturn the pizza and items since the person I talked to didn't work there.) When I contacted customer service through thewebsite, they said the feedback was being given to the location's management, but it was never followed up on so I paid fullprice for a bunch of pizza nobody would finish. If you get this pizza, pick it up yourself so you can make sure your order iscorrect and edible. Read more

Their gluten free pizza with vegan cheese definitely needs re-working!!! ???? The crust was like cardboard and hard to chew. It... didn't taste that great. The red sauce was OK but could be better. Read more

Ordered 2 pizzas and cheese bread. Staff was too busy talking to hear my order. Then when I said I needed the cheese bread, I... was scolded by the employee cashing me out... Guess who had to wait an extra 10 minutes for the cheese bread?? Manager was nice, offered me a complimentary dessert. But the employees are TRASH! Read more

First time checking out this faster style pizza place! Pizza was very good but the crust was not cut all the way through. And... the toppings would fall off the individual slices. Still a very tasty pizza! Read more

I will be reviewing the accessibility and accommodations of Blaze Pizza. The entrance is fully accessible, as there are no... stairs or steep ramps. There is tons of seating that is wheelchair accessible. While waiting in line, there is a railing thatcan be leaned on. The menu is pretty small, which may be difficult for people with visual impairments, however there were manysigns stating that online ordering is available, which may be helpful. Exits were clearly marked, with braille available. In myopinion, the drinks and garbage can were a little high for people that may use wheelchairs. Also, the restaurant was pretty loudand the environment was a bit chaotic, so if you have sensory sensitivity issues, take caution. The restaurant was well-lit andclean, and the ordering process went smoothly. Read more

Was visiting Ohio & stumbled upon this awesome spot. What a brilliant concept to be able to see your pizza made while also... building/adding food options to it on the spot. I also loved that you can get a big salad with half a pizza all for under $10.The place was spacious with lots of seating. You have to wear a mask, if you don?t have one they?ll supply one for free. I wentin the evening so it was a little busy, had to wait for some time but the pizza & salad was delicious, hardy & definitely worththe wait. I highly recommend! Read more

I developed a dairy allergy as an adult and hadn't had restaurant pizza in years. I was able to have a delicious, dairy free... pizza for a really good price. You can build your own so vegan and gluten free are also options. Highly recommend. Read more
