I ordered the hot honey chicken sandwich and was thoroughly impressed by the... tenderness of the chicken and the combination of flavors and textures of the sandwich. I would definitely recommend it. Not my kind of place. 1st issue is that the sign showed side salads and I was told that it was from an old menu. The hot chicken... was like eating raw garlic cloves doused with vinegar. I like both garlic and vinegar but the sandwich was not good. The garlicparm fries needed broiled so the cheese stuck because all the toppings fell off. Omg was slightly better but not great. Slowservice. Nice patio. Only individual bottle drinks, not even fresh water available. Very pricey for the food. Read more
Best Damn Cheesesteak & Cajun Fries. The sandwich was one of the best tasting that I've had in a while. Good flavor with the... beef and mixes well with the veggies and cheese. The fries were really good too! Beware, the amount of fries you get ishefty. I will return again to taste the other sandwiches and fry flavors. Read more
The first thing I noticed about this place was the cleanliness! The workers quickly wiped of the payment screen in between ever... customer. The food was WONDERFUL. Everything was hot, fresh and well seasoned! We purchased the" best damn philly" and the Philly with chicken&steak (forgot the name). Try this place, you won't be disappointed! Read more
Black owed restaurant. The customer service was wonderful. Since this was our first time coming here the cashier walked us... through the ordering process wonderfully. Just to let you know?..The sandwiches are full of meat, flavorful, nice and neat. Thefries are awesome. My only complaint was that I couldn?t get a cup of ice only Because they don?t sell drinks by the cup. Theysell drinks by the bottle or can. But all in all I had a wonderful experience. Read more
My husband and I stopped here around 2 pm on a Sunday and there were only a few people inside so we were hopeful we wouldn't... have a long wait. We ordered and took a seat at a table by the window. I ordered the Chicken Philly with garlic parmesan friesand my husband ordered the OMG Philly with sriracha fries and we got the peach cobbler for dessert. ???? I tried the dessertwhile we waited and it was great at first but then I kept chewing on bits of seeds I would assume which were really hard. ???? Ikept spitting out little pieces. The food did take quite some time to come out. A girl at the table next to us complained aboutthe wait because it had been 20-25 minutes since we had ordered. However, when the food did arrived, it was definitelypicturesque. ???????? My sandwich was flavorful, juicy, and loaded with toppings. The fries were well seasoned and complementedthe sandwich. My husband was obsessed with his choice and couldn't stop eating. ???? Unfortunately we couldn't finish our foodthere because we had a movie to catch at 3 pm. We packed up our food to place it in the car for later and honestly, I threw awaythe rest of the peach cobbler. ???? Overall, I have mixed feelings for this spot but most of my experience was great. Therestaurant itself may be small but it was clean and the menu is simple to navigate. The food is phenomenal and the options areloaded with deliciousness. ???? Where do I start? Do you like food that isn't only flavored with garlic salt and sadness of a microwave? Do you like food loaded... in toppings and great combinations of textures and flavor?? Black box fix was PHENOMENAL. My friend sat across from me, munchinga Crabby Catfish sandwich while moaning, eating fries near tears over the RELIEF to have FINALLY found a new yummy full flavoredfood spot!! Sometimes you go to eat and think "this could be better if.."...not at black box fix. There's no IF, you can'tchange a thing to make the food better because it's PERFECT. Now don't get me started on the staff. I wish I knew everyone'snames to properly thank them, we went on a Sunday evening if that helps. 3 different woman greeted us, asked about ourexperience and overall was the friendliest caring staff I have seen ANYWHERE in a long time. By far the worst wait time and service I've experienced in a minute. The food took 45 minutes to prepare and we were quote 20.... They tried to appease us with a cupcake because they could tell we were frustrated. They charged us for ranch and salt eventhough it was supposed to come with my meal. The location somehow had no service so my wife and I waited in a dead zone. I'd saythis place is probably not our cup of tea. Try it for yourself though! Read more
