I used to love reasonable price and big portions. However the last 2 orders were extremely spicy even though we ordered mild... food. The worst thing was their cashier lied to me. My review keeps changing. Sometimes their food can be amazing. Sometimes their food in combination with their service is... completely unacceptable. Great food. Terrible wait times. I always call before I drive over since it's not uncommon to have towait another 30 minutes. Biryani, butter chicken, fried rice - all three are by far the best I've had in Columbus. Spice levelsare inconsistent. They simply do not understand online orders with a future time. Every single time I've ordered for anythingbut the minimum amount of time, the food has been cold or soggy. This latest time, I asked my food to be ready at 1:34 p.m basedon their online ordering system which was about 20 minutes later than their earliest time available. I called at 1:30 p.m. toask if it was ready yet, and I was told "it's been ready for a while", you can come and pick it up. A place with biryani in its name should not serve a tasteless biryani. There was no masala at all in the rice or in the chicken.... It tasted like eating colored rice. I am giving the restaurant an extra star just because the chicken 65 was good. Read more
Not so good if you want to order in this restaurant please carry a salt packet with you before ordering. If you want medium... spicy then order extra spicy because I ordered spicy and they gave me mild. Read more
