My review keeps changing. Sometimes their food can be amazing. Sometimes their food in combination with their service is... completely unacceptable. Great food. Terrible wait times. I always call before I drive over since it's not uncommon to have towait another 30 minutes. Biryani, butter chicken, fried rice - all three are by far the best I've had in Columbus. Spice levelsare inconsistent. They simply do not understand online orders with a future time. Every single time I've ordered for anythingbut the minimum amount of time, the food has been cold or soggy. This latest time, I asked my food to be ready at 1:34 p.m basedon their online ordering system which was about 20 minutes later than their earliest time available. I called at 1:30 p.m. toask if it was ready yet, and I was told "it's been ready for a while", you can come and pick it up.
