Very shady portion sizes for takeout customers...I got takeout today and this was my first time here , and it was unbelievable.... I got double spicy chicken and there was not even enough put in my bowl how it would look for regular spicy chicken. literallylike 3-4 teaspoons of chicken pieces... when I saw it, I was already home and disappointed...and I just got the app so I had 5$rewards and was excited to use it just to not get enough food...I should have gone to E Broad St Location they never do this tome when I get takeout all the time... The restaurant has changed quite a lot since the last time I was there. The quality and freshness of the food was not as good ... as I remember. Some of the sauces that I loved are now gone. The staff was not knowledgeable about the food as most said theywere new when I asked questions. They were out of Miso soup, the sauces that used to exist for the customers to use are gone,the plastic utensils were all empty and they still want a gratuity on takeout orders. I had to beg for a plastic lid for myorder. Maybe someday they will return to a semi decent quasi Asian restaurant but my hopes are low. Read more

Overall good food. I miss a number of the topping choices that they've gotten rid of over time though.
love bibibop and this location is always the best, however i wish they would actually fill their sauce cups completely, they... barely fill them halfway. learn from canes they always have the sauce to the brim. Read more

So I find myself loving this place more and more the healthier I try to eat. The food here is amazing but compared to their... competitors (Chipotle or Piada), it's the best choice hands down if you're looking for different flavors of good for you food.Change a few ingredients and you'll have a completely different bowl.
