Smoothies are so good! But this location doesn?t open on time and it?s frustrating!!! Change open time to 10am instead of 9am

I had the most amazing smoothie here! It was called a Fruit Flirtation, and it tasted like the sweetest bubblegum. Me and two of... my friends ordered at roughly the same time, and we got our smooties extremely quickly. My friends enjoyed their drinks too. The smoothies are always delicious, but the customer service is so-so. Most of the time when I go, the staff is super friendly... and kind, and willing to explain the benefits of different smoothie add-ons. The last few times, this has not been the case. Oneworker in particular, not sure of the name but I do remember that they have pink hair (under other circumstances, admittedlypretty cool hair), was rude and rushed my last two visits, and made me feel bad that I couldn't understand what they were saying(I am hard-of-hearing and the wearing masks thing hasn't helped much)... I simply asked them to repeat what they had said andthey walked away while repeating it, so I was even more confused. When they came back I was still just standing there unsure ofwhat to do next, so they repeated it again but with a lot of aggression (and in a way that seemed kind of condescending) whichwas kind of embarrassing to have happen in front of other customers. It was warm outside, and the shop was busy so I get being abit more rushed, but quickly shouting things at customers which are confusing at best doesn't help anything. Read more
