I watched the Hispanic couple with poor English order mini pretzel dogs and the staff swapped out for a different item, pretzel... bites because they were out.. When they came back to tell them they had the wrong order, they said they were out of pretzeldogs and they could not exchange. Clearly they wanted and paid for something they didn't want and the staff knew it. Would donothing for that even after I said something to them. Staff actually laughed about it. Extremely poor customer service of thislocation. Would have complained with a survey on my receipt but they never gave me one. Was told me they ran out of cashiertape on the register when I asked for one. This place is really shady so watch out. Read more

I usually enjoy auntie Anne?s but this time my pretzel nuggets were so stale, and I wasn?t even given a receipt so they have no... idea how to give me the refund I deserve. If I didn?t have to get into work I would definitely just go up there but hopefullynext time whenever I go I actually get a soft pretzel and not stale old pretzel nuggets. Read more

Food is great but the mobile ordering is terrible. The food is never ready. So expect to wait an additional 15-20 mins for your... mobile order that is suppose to only take 15 mins. Not sure why they have to make the pretzels for the mobile orders when theyhave plenty of pretzels in the stands. Read more
Almost every time I go to Aunt Annie?s at the Easton Town Center, they?re rude but today took the cake! My daughter, sister, and... I stopped by on the way out. We were fine with waiting a while for the pretzels to be finished but after waiting for 10 minutesand being told that there would be 10 more minutes, I informed them that the last person said 8 minutes well Over 8 minutes ago.The pretzel roller became aggravated as if we had done something wrong. While we were checking out, the pretzel roller came overand tossed our pretzel onto the counter as if we were dogs playing fetch! I am so disgusted by this experience that I willprobably never spend a dime with Auny Annie?s, especially at Easton town center! They really need to work on their customerservice skills because throwing goods that I purchased on the counter is unacceptable! Read more
Thursday afternoon, our Server Melanie M. was fantastic. She was very hospitable and kind and provided timely service and... quality food.
