Worst Arby?s ever! The floors are dirty and sticky. The carpet is nasty. My pants stuck to the chair. Oh, and the staff lost my... dine in order. I chose to get my money back rather than dealing with it. Is there another sound that you can make that is theopposite of the bell you?re supposed to ring when you get good service? The drive thru was closed so we had to go in to order. The tile floor in the lobby was sticky, like it hadn't been mopped for a... while. Some of the condiment dispensers were empty. I bought 38$ worth of food last night. I live 5minutes away from arbys on Morse. All my food was COLD, all the fries were COLD ,... sandwiches COLD told them no sauce on certain sandwiches, they still had it. Asked for cheese for our fries and this is what wegot. 8-31-2021. I have to say the staff here is beyond amazing! As soon as I pulled up, I was asked if I was ready to order or needed... a minute to look over the menu. Other places close to here, answer the drive thru like one moment please we will be right withyou. Fresh to order all my food was very hot! The staff was very friendly and kind I highly recommend to stop by if you wantgood service. Read more

The two stars are for the service, fries and coke. The sandwich I got was the worst food I think I've ever had to the point... where it made me sick! The meat was burnt, dry, smelled the bun was burnt the sandwich was tossed together it was disgusting tosay the least. I paid close to $10 bucks for this and had to throw it away. Read more
The floor/carpet was very nasty. A patron was cleaning the fountain area, as if he was an employee. Only one person handling the... counter, which created a lengthy wait for a small amount of patrons. Don't think I'll use this location again. Read more
