Very slow service. Waited in the drive through line for 30 minutes. Only 2 cars in front of us.

My review went from good to not so good. My issue is with customer service today. Friday at 8pm i tried to stop in and lobby was... closed and nobody was answering the drive thru. Idk what the issue was. Next was just like 20 minutes ago...every 'kid'(clearlynot even a manager on duty/visible at all....they were all just moping round. One was refusing to make 'another roast beefsandwich' cause he had been there since 1pm and had already made like 10 of em back to back he said...smh. kiddo, if you don'tlike it, you need to honestly go find another job that you might like and enjoy better....js. sorry for the negative review, butclearly this place needs some help. Apparently, Arby's does NOT have the meats! We tried going there and they were out of roast beef! Let's just say we have been to... this Arby's 4 times and have not been able to eat there yet. I give up! Read more

Cold food, slapped together. Order was wrong and the person working the drive thru was completely inattentive and customers... seemed to distract him from what he was really focused on. Won't be back. Read more

This chai is absolutely the worst at not having the product to sell? How in the world does Arby?s run out of roast beef. They... don?t run out at all it?s completely lazy people that don?t want to make a new batch at the point of running low. They arehoping to skate through the shift without making new, passing it on to the next shift. South High and the Broad Street locationsare the WORST in Columbus Ohio. Read more

I went through the drive thru and got a half full curly fries. Drove back asked for a full one and received a 2/3 full... one. Unhappy. After having to drive back, I would have thought they would have just given a super full one to make up forit. The food was tasty, but customer service and proper portions go a long way. Read more
