The servers are friendly and the food taste good but they need clean the dine in area. The famous root beer is worthy!
Food was good and dining room was reasonably clean. My family enjoyed their meal and rootbeer floats.
Half the time they are out of their "famous" root beer. The staff are overly rude and decide to close whenever they feel like... it. Drove up at 7pm and had to repeat my order 3 times, just for someone else to say "were closing" Read more
Absolutely terrible! I said my order over and over again. It wasn't a difficult order...literally 2 meals! I spoke with 2... different people. Neither were qualified for the job. I repeated my order politely and calmly 6 times. I finally decided to tellthem to forget about it and I left. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place!!! Read more
This was my first time to an A&W. I heard REALLY good things about A&W and was looking forward to eating the food, but the food... was disgusting and overpriced. BOTH TEENS didn't like the burgers they had and took like 3 bites and was done. Read more
This place was clean and well ordered. However, the staffs are very rule (sometimes showing sign of racism). Yes, they don?t... have napkins, you have to specifically ask for it. The burger was dry and tasteless. I had to wait 10 minutes for 2 sundaes,then he forgot to bring us spoons, again I had to ask for it. I would go to this place again and hoping the service willimprove. Read more
I love this LJS/A&W. It's in maybe the worst location in Columbus, but the folks running the place make it worth eating there.... The food is good, the tables are clean. The cooks and front line workers are actually interested in getting people good food.They kind of know everyone and are super friendly. I see other reviews bagging on this place, so maybe things change after thelunch shift. I am always there around noon on week days. Read more
