So I know that things happen at places but I?ve never experienced this. I met my bestfriend here to grab lunch and quick drink... which I NEVER COME TO THIS BAR. I sit down and she already was served and PAID. I sit down and the lady goes ?oh I?m not servingYALL because last time IT WAS A MESS? so I?m asking what happened and she?s like sorry but she can drink that and y?all can go.She walks away and comes back saying some other lady that I never saw said that we also walked out on her (remind you I don?tcome here) so now I?m really confused? so we?re trying to talk to her and she completely ignores us?. I understand people lookalike in peoples eyes but now you?re pushing away customers because you have people mixed up? disgusting I live on the east sideof Columbus I?m never north at the bar. Ordered a tall draft beer. It was the last of the keg so there was only enough for a short. I took one drink of it, it was flat... and nasty. I said I didn't want it but she still charged me. Did me a "favor" by only charging me for a short draft. Won't beback which is a shame because they have a lot of nice pool tables. No keno, though. Read more
No one EVER answers the phone! Doesn't matter the time of day or day of the week! It is SUPER frustrating! Also, the bartender... gave herself an extra tip. I had 2 drinks & left her like $4 or $5 for a tip. She then helped herself to more, on top of that.When I called to speak with the manager, no one picked up. Surprise, surprise.
