Terrible. I ordered and payed on the mobile app, when I went to pick it up they said they didn?t have my order. I tried showing... the manager the receipt on my phone, of my paid-for order, but was told she couldn?t make my food or give me a refund. I wasn?tinstructed on HOW to get a refund either. Read more

Update: very bad. Twice I have received uncooked burgers. If I remember right, both times were at night... I am specifically... leaving this review only for the food I mention. I bought the Son of a Baconator and it was great AND for some reason theirfries didn't taste like cardboard last Thursday. Congrats on that and thank you. Every bite was good. Read more

The people working here no longer care at all and it wasn't even busy, only people in the drive-thru and dining room was... closed. The fries were cold and stale, order was completely incorrect. Ordered 2 jr cheeseburger deluxe, no tomato/no ketchup.Recieved 2 cheeseburgers with lettuce, smothered in ketchup...no onion, no pickles, no mayo. Would be 5 stars but the heavier white lady that usually works window one is passive aggressive, and always in a very bad mood... she tried to argue with me about paying extra for sauces but when I agreed to pay for them she said nevermind they don't costextra and gave me them i think it was just laziness. Not my best Wendy's meal. None of the food was as hot as I prefer. However, the staff was very friendly and courteous.

This is five star review I regards to service. The girl working the food drive through window (I wish I would have caught her... name) is excellent at her job! Give that girl a raise! Service was a little lacking today 04/17/22. I believe the person working the drive-thru is new based on our experience today,... unfortunately it seems like no one checked up on him or helped him. If you know you?re working with a new employee, PLEASE checkup on them and help them if you aren?t busy. There were no cars in front of us or behind us and there weren?t many cars parkedto eat inside. It was still an okay experience as I?m understanding that he was probably new, it?s just kind of frustrating thatI?m sure no one was helping him. 1. if you?re going to hire an employee, offer adequate training, not just one day. I understandevery where is short staffed so people are pushing them to be independent quickly, but that training is necessary. 2. pleasehelp your coworkers. It?s not that difficult to take 10-15 seconds to help out, especially when it?s not busy. Read more
