I gave a poor review because of the way the problem was Not addressed, not for the exact problem. I agree that the employees do... not listen. I believe that the problem with customer service is corporate wide. Corporate headquarters does not answer theirphone either. The store owner responded and apologized but could not help me. This is the second time in 2 weeks I have went here and had a cold "toasted" sandwich. Employees don't care and would not listen... to what I wanted on my sandwich, I repeated myself multiple times and gave up trying to tell them what I wanted. Kind of sad,used to be great service. I understand it if they didn't hear me, but I got the attitude that they just don't care..... Read more

This is the only subway I visit when I?m in Columbus. The bread is always fresh and tasty. The staff greets you when you walk... through the door and makes sure you are helped asap. Best cookies, always fresh and yummy. My son loves getting a cookie or twofor the road. Always a variety of drinks readily available. Just an all around great experience!! Worth the wait when there is arush as well! Read more

Does anybody know the number for the health dept? There are dust balls clinging to the ceiling tiles and pouring out the vents... . . over the food station. This does not happen in 1 day. That means the management is not paying attention or just doesn'tcare. The workers are very busy and can make a good sandwich . . but I really wonder who is in charge of the generalstewardship of the location . . makes me wonder when the soda machine and kitchen was cleaned and cared for . . . Just want to add that I got a call from a Subway manager today with a proper apology and a coupon for the inconvenience . Now... that's better costumer service. Everyone makes mistakes, but owning up to them, correcting them and apologizing is important!Thank you, I will give your store another try next time! Read more
