When using the app products were not ready and some were out of stock. Grabbed two slices, saw a slice and 20oz. soda was a deal... for $4, so I grabbed a soda, but the sale was not applied; maybe because the second slice, but I find that ridiculous. Casey?suse to be a neighborhood staple, not it?s an unorganized unprofessional waste of time; these experiences and others have shownme the employees are not trained and advertisements are false. Surprisingly displeased with a service I just received from Casey's on 23rd Street. Usually I never have an issue and... everybody's so kind. But they got this new kid working and he's very standoffish and very rude. I've worked in the serviceindustry for about 10 years and I've never been treated the way that I just got treated inside Casey's. I think he needs somemore training because I don't think he knows how to be polite to customers. For crying out loud his cell phone rang and hepicked it up and answered it and was talking about how he couldn't wait to get off work before my transaction was even over. It happens, we have all experienced an order being messed up, not made etc. mistakes happen, we make them too not just the... people who are working in the service industry! I?m very impressed with the outstanding customer service I was provided whencalling about a small issue! Brenda the associate that assisted me was so pleasant and willing to correct the minor issue. Ihope she is valued as an employee! They are the face of the company and are who serve us customers! I enjoyed chatting with herand the other employee tonight. It?s sad these days how much bad we experience as customers in some places. I will say everytime I?ve been into this location across Columbus Motor company I?m impressed with the workers! It's always fast and friendly at my neighborhood Casey's (8th str. & 13th Ave.) Apart from the dark haired male clerk everyone... is very nice and professional, he will make like he's busy doing something else and just let you stand there waiting like somedope untill he's ready to help you.
