I ordered a chicken sandwich and 13 minutes later they brought it outside. The store owner will never know since they asked me... to go around front to get it which must be the new industry standard of BK fast food, they act like they are timed for drivethru service or something ????. When I got home the chicken in the sandwich was burnt black on one side, hooray for me! I wasgoing to bring it back but they probably would have told me to pull around front and wait for another one. Edit.....well I wentback today. I don't know why but I do like burger king food so I thought I'd give them another chance. After waiting at thedrive through for 17 minutes with one car in front of me and that person was saying hello every min with no answer after she wastold to wait. I backed out of the drive thru and drove away. This was at 11:45 and I was able to back away because no one wasbehind me. Good luck Burger King. Edit...LOL!!! Well I went back again????????????????????????????????????today at 11:30! I justhad to see why no one was in the drive thru or parked in the parking lot. I ordered, I was told to go to window #2, I waited, Iwaited, I waited, I thought to myself its really gonna happen!! Im really going to get Burger King!!! The window slid open! Iwas greeted with a smile, I was then asked to pay in cash because the can't accept cards at the moment! I don't carry cash justa card......why BK why.....to be continued ???????????????????????????? This place is a s$&@ I go there to do a order, I ask in the speaker if someone is there, nobody answer, letter I wait for go... thru the window and the employee tell me I have to go back to the speaker and do the order , dam it I was in the line almost 1hrand in the speaker nobody answered so come on if you guys don?t want to work just get out and close the place Read more

I hadn't been to a BK location for a long time, so had sticker shock that the former dollar menu Whopper Junior was now $2.59?!... It will be awhile before I go to one again. I will say that the gal working the front counter was friendly, seemed to be fairlynew, her supervisor was losing patience when she needed help with the register. Read more

Love the whoppers, only issue was I wanted a large chocolate shake and they had no ice cream
