Terrible customer service. Rude old guy. Overcharged 2 dollars and 30 cents for a side of creamcheese. Wasnt asked if we wanted... our bagels toasted. Chicken Ceasar bagel is disgusting the dressing is very watered down. Bagels were not prepared well andfalling apart. Read more
I have frequented this place twice now in two weeks and there was no consistency. The first time my Breakfast BLT was... outstandingly amazing?so good. Today it was honestly the opposite my sandwich had so much cream cheese and guacamole it was amess. Bacon wasn?t fresh. I?m all for some extra toppings but when I opened the sandwich toppings were smeared all over thepaper it was wrapped in because the cream cheese and guac were oozing out of every direction :( I will say staff is alwayspolite! I came here on my lunch break and had placed my order ahead. I was so excited for bagels (they?re my guilty pleasure). When I... arrived, only part of my order was ready, but that wasn?t a huge problem. I patiently waited as they got my bagel ready (I hadordered a dozen and then one bagel with cream cheese). The girl came out with the bagel and cream cheese that I was planning tohave for lunch. Telling me it was super hot, I allowed her to put it in my bag of bagels. When I got back to my office and satdown to eat my wonderful bagel, I found it to be oddly cold. In my mind, I thought, she said it was super hot? No. It wasFROZEN.
