No complaints, drive thru was fast, food prep was quick, and staff friendly. Food was good. Love the Jamocha shakes!
Unfortunately a lot of restaurants in columbus are struggling post covid. Arbys had held it together though! They are always... quick, my food is always fresh and proportionate. Everyone has a friendly tone and a smile, you would never know if they areoverwhelmed or short staffed. The one time they forgot something on my order, they had multiple options for me to choose forthem to make it right! Read more
Service was good but our fries were all the short bottom of the barrel pieces and not hot. Sandwiches were okay.
Today at 12:24:58pm we ordered 1 bacon ranch wagy burger and 1 deluxe. Order #DT375. Got home. No bac/rich burger, just 2... deluxe. Not the first time this happened here. Read more

Yeah this place is great. You can't tell me this fresh market Turkey ranch and bacon don't look and in my opinion taste as good... as advertised. Who else does this and gets you through the drive thru in time to get back and have plenty of time to enjoy thefood on break. Y'all rock. Read more
I always forget how good Arby's food is, you don't feel like you had nasty fast food when you eat at Arby's. The food is fresh,... as well as the buns, sliced and flavored to perfection.
