The food is delicious and the people are so nice
Visiting Columbus; looking for a good breakfast, don?t waste your time. Reading the reviews; sounded like a good place to try.... Upon arrival, we were the only people to be served. 20 minutes passed, no food; 3 other people came in and sat down and wereserved. Really? We asked and was told the veggies in the omelette was taking longer ???????? okay it?s just bell pepper andonion. so we waited. Food finally came. That omelette; full of black burnt onion ????; the hash browns looked like they weremicrowaved; the potatoes not browned at all. The eggs looked like a newborn serving. Toast Burnt. If you don?t eat pork; nomeat, wouldn?t even substitute it for chicken; if you want apple juice, nope; if you like aunt jemima syrup you good. I know itwasn?t ihop but it was ?Kountry? so where is the maple syrup people? I should haven?t taken pictures but we were getting out ofthere so fast ???? I forgot. Read more
The peach cobbler is excellent. The line ladies attitudes are poor but GOOD overall...
This place was soooooo delicious...almost made me wanna miss my flight back to California! I wanted to eat real authentic soul... food while here and this place had it all!! I had the fried chicken, collard greens, squash casserole, candied yams, mashpotatoes, sweet tea and peach cobbler. This was definitely made with love! Thanks, Becky, for telling me about the squashcasserole! OMG that's a must have! If you're ever in Columbus, Ms...you must try! Read more
