Henry tried his best but was carrying the load for a coworker who was too tired to work. Uncommunicative and yawning every 2 or... 3 minutes. Not pleasant. I think the Subway clubs are overpriced and contain minimal meats. I think the bread is smaller as welland only two choices were available. Scraped the bottom of the guac container to get less than a full serving. This Subwayshould be avoided. Read more

I ordered on Sunday 9/4/22. Thought I would give them another chance. As usuall a disappointment. Ask for my sandwiches to be... toasted not done. My sandwich was a philly steak and the meat qas colder than the tomatoes them selves. I mean if you can't getpeople in there that can read a screen then why have a online order. I used the drive through wished I would have kept driving. I?m in town visiting my family and decided to give this place another... try since you?ve got a good review. I?m not sure if your having issues due to the pandemic or if you?re having issues becauseyou don?t know how to order a truck. I expect a few mistakes when I place an order because I have a family of 7. However, thiswas worse than a few mistakes. The drive through order kiosk is cracked so that doesn?t help matters. It took me 45 minutes toget it to take my order because it kept glitching. Then I went to the window and waited 20 minutes for someone to come to thewindow so I could ask if they had the right amount of sandwiches in my order. When we figured out that was right she startedtelling me what they were out of. No steak for the steak sandwich no tomatoes for the toppings when 2 of my sandwiches had extratomatoes and then they ran out of lettuce. Now let?s top this off with some chipotle dressing on all of them and all thesandwiches were wrong. None of them should have had chipotle dressing. They were supposed to have either mustard or mayonnaiseand were very simple to make. I paid almost $70 for sandwiches and they ended up in the trash. If I wasn?t traveling I wouldhave turned around and taken them back but since I am I just have to stop in Joplin or Springfield on my way home and getsomething else. Drive through is consistently slow. Expect nothing less than a ten minute wait, even if you are the only customer. More if there... are customers in the store. My toasted sandwich never gets to me warm and I can almost count on at least one thing being wrongwith my order. Today the bread was tough and seemed stale, my girlfriends sandwich was cut so that the top bread was very thinand falling apart. Bailey is always great and quick though so that?s a plus. Read more

This was the best experience I've ever had at a Subway. It was perfectly clean, and everything was in stock. The young man... working there had awesome customer service. He was very thorough and helpful. I got the meatball sub and it was the best oneI've had from a Subway, heck maybe best ever. It was an ideal visit. You can tell these employees and managers have pride intheir store. Keep up the good work, it is appreciated! Read more
