Food is usually good and they always take the banana out of my smoothie when I ask. But the big problem here is some of the... workers. Usually I get pretty good service but today was a bad one. On my most recent trip I forgot to order the strawberryedible straw, so I asked for it at the window to the nice girl who gave us it. Our original girl who checked us out went andchewed her out with the drive through window open, yelling at her for her not making us pay. We already had the money out to payfor it so there was no reason to yell at a coworker for a small mistake. She was rude to us the rest of the transaction like wewere trying to take it for free and was drinking her drink while serving us. I?m all for the workers needs while working but notwhile talking to your consumers. Comes off very rude. Hope she?s not rude to all her coworkers and consumers she serves. I workin retail and would never yell at a coworker in front of people while getting paid to be respectful. Read more

Don't fall for their new scam. They now hold the card reader out the window in the drive thru. No problem. But they don't ask... you to leave a tip, and they hold the card reader so you don't know what it says. The default option on the card reader is atip, so you end up leaving a tip without even knowing. Scummy. Hope your tip was worth more than my business! Read more

This smoothies are great, and the food is good except for anything with lettuce. The lettuce is just bad. This is not the first... time time I have thrown my food away because of brown, rotten lettuce on a wrap, salad or sandwich. I would expect betterquality lettuce when most of the menu revolves around it. It is just disappointing, I get the price of everything has gone up,but this is just not acceptable. Read more

This place hands down has the best chocolate chip cookies I ever had and I am not even that big of a fan of chocolate chip... cookies. They also have great smoothies and nice vibe for sitting with friends for chatting. Read more
