One of the busiest places in the area during peak hours. Some days you wait more than others. If your are alone or only a couple... of people, the bar is a good option. Staff is friendly for the most part and they are helpful with the menu, which is longerthat you may expect. Obviously meat is in the menu, but what you may not expect are other items for your pescaterean friends;I'm not sure about vegetarians. Invite them over, the bread is awesome. As any good steak place, they cook the meat toperfection, but the miss occasionally. Don't be afraid to ask for a new one, they will hook you up. We got here around 11 am right after they opened. We got out food quickly but it took an additional 10-15 minutes just to get... dipping sauce by then the food had cooled. I'm assuming it was the manager who was stopping at tables including ones behind usasking how everything was. He skipped our table, just ignored us. The young lady who waited on us was friendly. My business partner and I where in town for a few nights visiting customer plant. We tried Texas Roadhouse because of walking... distance from our hotel. What an awesome place. We ate here every night. Bartenders Pablo and Brittany where the best. Greatatmosphere and good conversations with other patrons. Definitely will be back next time are in town. We had such a wonderful experience at this location. Our server, Kim, was so friendly and helpful. The food was excellent, as... always, and they were able to quickly seat us and serve us despite being busy. Never been disappointed at longhorn! This longhorn was exceptional. We had a 20-minute wait, and during that wait some 40 people... were called in front of us. We thought we might be in for trouble with that many people in the restaurant. We were delightedwith the service. The food came on time, was hot, and flavorful. The service was just excellent.
