Walked over from the hotel for food, had parked my semi there at the hotel, and so I couldn't drive it to go through drive thru.... Doors were locked, I guess because of covid, which is whatever, I understand, But they would absolutely not accommodate me inany way to get an order. I called them and talked to workers that walked out headed to their car. They all just told me to gothrough the drive thru, and I had already explained that was impossible. I could have easily gave them order over the phone andwalked to the window. Read more
It was awful. They only have drive thru. I tried to tell them at the window my order was wrong and the lady argued with me that... it wasn't. When I got home it was wrong and my chalupa was hard and not even edible. I tried calling the store for an HR andkept getting an answering machine. This use to be my favorite taco bell in town...I'll never go to this one again!! Read more
What happen to "doors to remain unlocked during business hours"? Some trucks are too tall to go through your stupid drive thru... because you think it's acceptable to not have your lobby open. Fed up with this, open your doors so people out here in largetrucks can eat too. Didn't want your trash food anyways, I'll take my business elsewhere. Read more
Food is well served, but in a very slow time frame. Lobby has been closed for months and drive-thru is always wrapped around the... building. Open the lobby again come on now! Read more

This Taco Bell gets it right. Anytime I go out to this Taco Bell in the evening time...my order is correct and the wait is not... long. The employees are always kind and they do a great job with the presentation, portions and accuracy of the meal. If you'recraving Taco Bell around dinner time and even breakfast...the crew generally does an amazing job. Read more
Stop for gas next door and the gas station restrooms were out of order. 10:05 a.m. Taco Bell was open but the lobby was locked... and the gentleman would not let me in to use the restroom. Columbus Indiana is apparently not a great place to stop along yourroute if you have to go to the restroom, as Freddy's Steakburgers on the other side of the gas station would also not allow meto use their restroom even though their Lobby was open.
